Though Christina Applegate and Jonathan Schaech just recently announced their intention to divorce, the winsome couple must have been separated for a while now because they BOTH have hot new partners.

Applegate, in NYC finishing out the run of Sweet Charity, which is closing on December 31st, has been spotted getting cozy all over town with a rocker named Ian.

Meanwhile, the scintillating Schaech was spotted by Perez, who we'll admit was staring at his prettiness - on Saturday night at the grand opening of SEAMLESS After Hours, which also drew the likes of Carey Hart, Shannon Elizabeth, Mekhi Phifer, Nick Carter, Pauly Shore, Sisqo, Nicholas Gonzalez, Omarosa, Shane West, Mario Lopez, Survivor Danni Boatright, Nick Zano, Coolio, and Jose Conseco.

Jonathan was seen with his new blonde girl friend, a ringer for Applegate, whose name we didn't catch, holding hands and making out all night long!

Mekhi Phifer and his ER co-hort Shane West felt right at home with some hoochie ass in their face, thoroughly enjoying the company of some of Vegas' finest lap dancers.

Mekhi had such a good time dancing to hip hop all night that he forgot his Platinum Master Card at the club. Fret not, we're told that the folks at SEAMLESS returned it back to him.

Mario Lopez sure looked comfortable with the new Survivor, Danni Boatright. Who would blame him, Danni is a stunning brown-haired bombshell. But wasn't he just with another brown-haired beauty? Paging Eva LongHOria!
